House extensions in Sunbury-on-Thames
Single and double storey extensions in Sunbury-on-Thames, designed, built and finished by one team.
Extensions for Sunbury-on-Thames homes
Most Sunbury-on-Thames homes we extend are rear or side-return extensions on terraced and semi-detached houses, opening the kitchen into the garden. We also build wraparounds and double storey extensions that add a bedroom above. Our own carpenters, decorators and waste crew work to one schedule, so there is no waiting between trades.
We can work from your architect's drawings or arrange the drawings, structural calculations and building control ourselves. Many extensions in Surrey fall under permitted development; where planning is needed we handle the application.
